Staff Writer
Time Out Beijing is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated new staff writer with a love of film and the local music scene. The ability to speak Mandarin is useful but not essential, although writing interesting, clean copy in fluent English is. This is an in-house position and the right candidate will be responsible for managing the Music and Film sections of the magazine, as well as helping out with other areas of the magazine and website on an ad-hoc basis. You must have previous magazine-writing experience and a good knowledge of Beijing’s musical culture, and be willing to work hard as part of a small, dedicated writing team.
